So, briefly: I’m Dan. My wife and I cook a lot, and we got tired of scrolling past someone’s vacation photos and childhood memories just to find out how much flour to use. So I built the site I always wanted – the recipe, and nothing but the recipe.
Everything here gets cooked in a real kitchen (mine) before it goes up. No filler, no preamble. The recipe is the page.
